Report Generation
Reports are created from the data in reporting databases, after the financial transactions in production databases are copied into them overnight.
Official financial reports can now be accessed through the my.CU portal. Report delivery - whether "burst" (sent to your employee portal) or "on demand" (run ad-hoc in the reporting system) - depends on your fiscal roles and whether or not you have Finance System access. If you hold a fiscal role on a university speedtype, you will receive report bursts in your my.CU portal each month after the accounting period closes. If you have Finance System access, you can run reports any day of the month in the Reporting System.
